Bruce a member likes to make soup. This is his most favorite recipe.
Purchase from Sam’s club or any other location a plain rotisserie chicken.
Place chicken in pot with:
a. Drippings from chicken.
b. 2 – 3 whole carrots.
c. 2 – 3 stalks of celery.
d. 1 32 oz. box of chicken stock/broth.
e. 1 medium onion.
Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1 to 2 hours or
until the chicken meat starts to fall off the bones. Drain liquid
off and place in refrigerator overnight until fat floats to surface
and hardens. Skim off fat. Break up chicken meat, cut carrots,
celery, and onions into small pieces and place in chicken stock.
Cook noodles (Bruce likes Mrs. Weiss’ Kluski egg noodles) in
water separate from soup. Warm soup/ vegetables/chicken,
ladle into bowl, add noodles, salt/pepper to taste. Enjoy!!!

Hanson House Heavenly Hash
The following recipe is inspired by Bob N. who said: Don't ask "What can Hanson House do for me?" Instead ask "What can we accomplish together?" This is what team accomplishment can do to have a flavor. This recipe name was voted by the members and is called Hanson House Heavenly Hash.
To a covered crockpot set on high with 4 cups of water and cook for 2 to 2 1/2 hours add:
Jeff added 1/2 BELL PEPPER ( red or green) diced.
Amy added ZUCCINNI (green or yellow) diced with skin on.
Roy added 2 EARS OF CORN cut kernels from cob.
Andy added GARLIC 2 to 4 sections depending on size.
Paul added GREEN BEENS about 12 cut in half.
Amy added 1/2 cup chopped CHIVE ONIONS.
Paul added 10 small YELLOW TOMATOES sliced in half.
Many members help dig POTATOES from Roy's farm which were diced and boiled separately for 8 to 10 minutes and added in the last part of cooking.
Recipe may be modified with the following:
Use Chicken Stock instead of water.
Add Sharwoods Tandoori Masala or a favorite curry powder.
Add Agava Syrup or honey to taste.
Salt/Pepper to taste.
Add Nutmeg to taste.
Serve as a soup or thicken with mashed potato flakes and serve as a stew over rice or gluten free spaghetti.
